Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking a dispatcher/coordinator to manage the schedule and movement of Engineers across the UK. You will plan dispatches, ensure timely service and communicate with drivers and clients.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A high school diploma and logistics experience are preferred. A discretionary bonus is available based on monthly KPI performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification a plus.
• Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Calm and efficient under pressure; problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch engineers to locations per requests.
• Communicate with drivers, clients and team for updates.
• Track status and location of engineers for timely arrivals.
• Manage emergencies and delays with coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
• Ensure dispatch activities comply with policies and safety regulations.
