Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters, a subsidiary of Sureserve Group Limited, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and manage the schedule and movement of Engineers to meet SLAs across the UK. You will plan and dispatch engineers to customer locations, maintain open lines of communication with drivers and clients, and track engineer status for timely service delivery.

We value strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and prior dispatch/logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or logistics roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch Engineers to locations per customer requests or needs.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, clients and team members for updates and instructions.
• Track status and location of Engineers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Address delays and emergencies by coordinating with the right people and resources.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally and courteously.
• Ensure dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations and legal requirements.
