The Wise Group is recruiting a HEAT Mentor to support Sunderland and South Tyneside households. You will build trusted relationships with those facing fuel poverty and deliver practical energy advice in homes and at local events.

You’ll develop energy knowledge with training, manage your caseload and collaborate with local partners, in a flexible hybrid role with 35 hours per week and a fixed term to 31 March 2027.

Formación

• Experience building relationships with households and solving practical problems.
• Ability to support people through energy and financial challenges.
• Willingness to develop energy knowledge through training.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with households experiencing fuel poverty and financial pressures.
• Provide practical energy advice and advocacy, helping navigate energy suppliers and services.
