Job summary

The Wise Group is seeking a confident Team Lead HEAT to guide frontline teams supporting households facing fuel poverty and financial pressures. You will lead delivery, performance and customer outcomes while building strong partnerships with energy suppliers and commissioners.

Based in a home-based role with travel in the Preston area, you’ll coach staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver person-centred support and measurable impact for communities.
