Qualifications

• Experience in contracts and purchasing with proven negotiation skills.
• Background in Oil & Gas, engineering services, or general services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from enquiry documents to contract execution.
• Perform due diligence on contractors and support vendor qualification processes.
• Prepare contractual strategies and documentation for tender negotiations.
• Evaluate bids commercially and coordinate technical assessments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and assess risks.
