Job summary

Vita Mojo in Central London is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to own the estate health of our self-service kiosks, POS terminals and printers across customer sites. You will run OS and firmware maintenance, manage MDM enrolment, and fix issues remotely while documenting lessons learned.

Working with the Hardware Solutions Engineer and Deployment Consultant, you will drive proactive fault detection, asset register accuracy, and runbooks that can be used by other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing devices at scale via an MDM or endpoint platform.
• Strong Android system-level knowledge.
• Experience with hardware in hospitality/retail tech.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset registers and drift control.
• Proven ability to document fixes and create repeatable runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estate health and uptime across kiosks, POS and printers.
• Tune proactive alerting and monitor fault detection.
• Diagnose and fix issues remotely; manage OS/firmware updates.
• Maintain accurate asset registers and lifecycle data.
• Own MDM administration and governance across platforms.
