Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management SME to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of modern endpoint management across the organisation. The role focuses on Windows, mobile and virtual environments, leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

You will ensure devices are secure, compliant, and well-managed with a high-quality end-user experience, while collaborating with Security, Infrastructure and Service

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in enterprise endpoint management using Intune.
• Hands-on with device enrolment, configuration profiles and CA policies.
• Experience in ITIL/service management environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support endpoint management capabilities across Windows, mobile and macOS.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft Intune in an enterprise setting.
• Manage application lifecycle via Intune, including packaging and deployment.
• Support co-management of Windows devices across Intune and SCCM.
• Implement endpoint security controls and patch management aligned with security standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra and Service Management teams to meet governance and compliance.
