Job summary

Arnold Clark Group seeks an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our Digital team in the United Kingdom. You will manage Windows Desktop OS, Mac OS, iOS and Android estate, handle patching, deployment, configuration and compliance across environments.

Training on Intune and SCCM will be provided; you’ll collaborate with IT colleagues to deliver reliable desktop services. The role emphasizes asset management, accurate reporting, and proactive security improvements, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager.
Understanding of Intune/Endpoint Manager.
Experience with Windows Desktop OS and Mac OS.
Familiarity with mobile devices in an organisation.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

Asset management: maintain asset register and reports.
Customer service support: investigate and resolve issues or escalate.
Deployment: configure and support software packages via SCCM, Intune and other tools.
System software administration: install and maintain OS and applications.
Functional testing: create test cases, set up environments and run tests.
Quality assurance: ensure configurations meet quality standards and suggest improvements.
Software configuration: monitor compliance and manage configurations.
