Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Device Platform Engineering Manager to own enterprise endpoint-management across multiple sites in London and the UK. You will lead the design, build and operation of endpoint platforms, roadmaps and standards, partnering with security, architecture and operations to deliver secure, scalable device experiences.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage vendors, and drive a unified endpoint strategy to enable secure, low-friction device experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise endpoint platforms and managing roadmaps, backlogs and engineering standards.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Autopilot, co-management and Windows device management.
• Experience designing policy and compliance for secure endpoint environments.
• Ability to drive lifecycle, deployment and patching across mixed devices and environments.
• Leadership of engineers, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing and operation of enterprise endpoint-management platforms, owning the roadmap, backlog, engineering standards and technical change governance.
• Define standard endpoint-management patterns, provisioning, policy, application deployment, upgrade and lifecycle practices to enable secure, low-touch device experiences.
• Own the endpoint security, compliance and control posture across configuration, encryption, firewall, antivirus, patching and hardening.
• Ensure service stability and operational health by using analytics and rollout discipline to improve device experience and resilience.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary endpoint capability, working cross-functionally with product, security, architecture, service and partners.
