Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking an experienced Device Platform Engineering Manager to own and lead the engineering and service for enterprise endpoint management across a store and support-site estate. You will set the roadmap, manage the backlog, and drive standardisation and secure practices across devices and environments.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partners to deliver a unified endpoint platform, enabling secure, low-friction experiences for colleagues across Stores, Distribution

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise endpoint or workplace technology platforms at scale.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in endpoint security, policy, and compliance design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing and operation of enterprise endpoint-management platforms, owning the roadmap and standards.
• Define standard endpoint-management patterns for secure, low-touch device experiences.
• Own the endpoint security, compliance and control posture across configuration, encryption, firewall, patching and hardening.
• Ensure service stability and continuous service improvement through analytics and governance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary endpoint capability with cross-functional stakeholders.
