Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking an Endpoint Engineer in our London office to join the Technology & Data Team. The role focuses on modern device management, automation, and zero‑trust principles to deliver secure user experiences across the enterprise.

You will own CSP policy migrations, manage hardware lifecycle, and deploy enterprise apps with MECM/Intune, while collaborating with global teams and supporting on‑call incidents.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in enterprise endpoint engineering or advanced support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, MECM, and AD DS.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Intune, and CSP policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint platform engineering across Windows CSP, Intune, and MECM.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, driver updates, and fleet stability.
• Package, test, and deploy enterprise apps using MECM/Intune and modern frameworks.
• Configure developer tooling and AI workloads for the fleet with governance.
• Deliver advanced incident resolution and proactive health monitoring.
• Document runbooks and enable cross‑team collaboration.
