Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Device Platform Engineering Manager to own the engineering and service for all enterprise, end user devices and the endpoint management platforms across a multi-site retail estate. You will lead a high-performing team, drive standardisation, and align to business priorities with guardrails for configuration, packaging, deployment and lifecycle practices.

You will be the platform owner and a true people leader, shaping a unified endpoint

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise endpoint platforms at scale.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM, Autopilot, and co-management.
• Ability to design secure, scalable endpoint management across mixed devices and environments.
• Experience operating in frontline-heavy or multi-site environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management of engineers, vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, testing and operation of enterprise endpoint-management platforms and governance.
• Define standard endpoint-management patterns and lifecycle practices.
• Own endpoint security and compliance across configuration, encryption, firewall, patching.
• Ensure service health via analytics, reporting and rollout discipline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, architecture, and operations to deliver outcomes.
