Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Device Platform Engineering Manager to own the engineering and service for enterprise devices and endpoint management across a multi-site retail estate. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, standardising and improving endpoint engineering, operations and management services to deliver secure, low-friction device experiences.

You will drive a unified endpoint platform and operating model, move to one platform ownership, and act as a people leader

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise endpoint platforms with roadmaps and governance.
• Proven ability to define secure, scalable endpoint strategies across environments.
• Leadership of engineers, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, testing and operation of enterprise endpoint-management platforms.
• Define standard endpoint-management patterns for secure device experiences.
• Own endpoint security, compliance and control posture across configuration and patching.
• Ensure service stability through analytics, reporting and rollout discipline.
• Develop a multidisciplinary endpoint capability with partners to deliver outcomes.
