Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our Digital team. You will manage Windows desktops, Mac OS, iOS and Android estate, handling patching, configuration, compliance, vulnerability remediation and deployment of software packages.

You will work with Intune and SCCM environments, with training provided, and contribute to asset management, support, testing and quality assurance as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager.
• Understanding of Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Windows and/or MacOS.
• Familiarity with mobile devices in an org.
• Customer-focused mindset at the forefront.
• Comfortable working in a team and contributing to objectives.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks and exceed expectations.
• Problem-solver who finds inventive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Asset management: maintain asset register and reports.
• Customer service: investigate issues and escalate when needed.
• Deployment: configure and support software packages via SCCM/Intune.
• System software administration: install and manage OS and apps.
• Functional testing: create tests and environments and run tests.
• Quality assurance: ensure configurations meet standards.
• Software configuration: monitor compliance and deployments.
