Qualifications

  • Demonstrable sales experience ideally in Medical Devices or Capital Equipment.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems for territory and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture exceptional relationships with customers.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for clinical teams.
  • Provide on-site support in operating rooms.
  • Manage territory through effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Represent Stryker at training events and conferences.
  • Achieve financial and commercial targets.
