Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Co-ordinator to manage the Endoscopy waiting lists across Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Colorectal and Upper GI services. You will work with cancer trackers to ensure patients are treated within target times and will maximise Endoscopy session lists, cover consultant leave and on-call arrangements.

The role emphasises waiting list management, validation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to meet national targets

Responsibilities

• Manage Endoscopy waiting lists across Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Colorectal and Upper GI services to meet waiting-time targets.
• Collaborate with Cancer trackers to ensure cancer patients are treated within target times.
• Maximise Endoscopy session lists and arrange cover for consultant leave and on-call requirements.
• Oversee theatre endoscopy lists to ensure bookings are efficient and compliant with national targets.
• Emphasise waiting list management and validation with a multidisciplinary team to meet national targets.
