Job summary

Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Endoscopy Booking and Referral Coordinator to join the Endoscopy Administration Team. You will coordinate referrals from receipt through to procedure booking, ensuring an efficient, patient-focused service across the patient journey.

You will manage waiting lists by clinical urgency, balance patient choice with capacity and resolve booking issues to minimise delays, liaising with consultants, nurses and admin staff.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Highly organised with ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Use initiative and judgement to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Endoscopy referrals from receipt through to procedure booking.
• Manage waiting lists and prioritise patients by clinical urgency.
