Job summary

NewDay Technology Limited in Leeds is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to ensure colleagues have secure, high-performing technology across devices, collaboration tools and remote working solutions. You will deliver technical support across end user devices, Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms and device lifecycle management, while driving improvements and ensuring audit-ready security.

This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with governance and documentation, in a hybrid environment, supporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering support across Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and patch management best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid workplace and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support across end user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and peripherals, including VIP support where required.
• Maintain and enhance performance, availability and reliability of end user computing services.
• Support and optimise Teams Rooms, event space technology and remote working solutions to provide a seamless colleague experience.
• Drive device lifecycle management activities including provisioning, deployment, patching, security hardening and endpoint management.
• Identify and implement process improvements, helping resolve recurring issues and introducing new technologies and functionality.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and documentation activities to keep end user services secure and audit-ready.
