Job summary

Robertson Sumner Ltd is recruiting a Digital Workspace Specialist to drive growth in end-user compute, DaaS and Device Lifecycle Management across an existing client base with a strong opportunity for expansion.

You will work with an established account management team to design commercially viable solutions, enable customers to modernise procurement and deployment of workplace devices, and lead discovery sessions to define device strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling PC hardware or end-user compute solutions.
• Experience in a reseller, systems integrator or specialist technology provider.
• Strong understanding of laptop, desktop, workstation and mobility solutions.
• Experience discussing managed services, lifecycle services or DaaS offerings.
• Ability to conduct customer discovery and translate business challenges into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Digital Workspace opportunities across an existing customer portfolio.
• Work with Account Managers to identify, qualify and progress end-user computing projects.
• Position PC hardware, workstations, laptops, tablets and mobile device solutions.
• Sell Device Lifecycle Management services including: Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML); deployment and imaging; installation services; break-fix and replacement; asset recovery.
