Job summary

NewDay is seeking an End User Computing Specialist in Leeds to ensure colleagues have secure, reliable, high-performing technology. You will support end user devices, M365, collaboration tools and remote working solutions, delivering excellent user experience across stakeholders.

The role covers device lifecycle, provisioning, patching, and security hardening, with governance and documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across end user devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support and optimize Microsoft Entra, Intune, and device provisioning processes.
• Maintain device lifecycle management, patching and security hardening.
