Job summary

PEI Group is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of B2B conferences in the EMEA region. You will plan pre-event logistics, manage venues and suppliers, and oversee onsite delivery to ensure events run on time and within budget.

You will also drive sponsorship delivery, build event apps and attendee portals, and manage CRM records in line with data protection requirements, collaborating across Marketing, Content/Production, Delegate Sales and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in B2B events as an Event Manager or equivalent.
• Proven lead on events of 500+ attendees, managing registration, speakers, sponsors and venue.
• Experience delivering multiple events concurrently.
• Budget forecasting, invoice reconciliation and post-event analysis.
• Experience managing venues, AV suppliers and stand builders.
• Experience building and managing event apps and attendee platforms.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning across multiple events, keeping each project on schedule and within budget.
• Act as primary venue contact, managing floorplans, F&B selections and venue function sheets.
• Source and negotiate with venues, AV, stand contractors and signage suppliers.
• Lead the onsite delivery, managing staff and key suppliers and resolve queries.
• Deliver sponsor entitlements, including branding, exhibition stands and meeting spaces.
• Build and manage the event app and attendee portal with third-party providers.
• Maintain attendee records in the CRM and handle delegate data in line with data protection requirements.
• Provide regular updates to line manager and contribute to post-event reports and budgeting.
