Job summary

Align Technology is seeking an EMEA Events Lead Specialist to own strategy, planning and flawless execution of our events portfolio across the EMEA region. You will design and deliver conferences, trade shows, customer events and experiential campaigns that build our brand and generate pipeline.

You will partner with regional marketing, sales and product teams, translate objectives into compelling experiences, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure events are on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in event management or event marketing with increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience managing congresses, strategic events, clinical education activities or comparable portfolios.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and strategic delivery of market-focused events across assigned markets.
• Act as primary event lead ensuring plans align with business priorities and goals.
• Manage event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Compliance to ensure successful event execution.
• Develop market event plans and provide insights aligning local opportunities with regional objectives.
• Support cross-market event delivery and share best practices.
