Job summary

Seetec in Dereham is recruiting an Employment Adviser to support participants on their journey to employment. You will provide advice, coach and mentor clients, manage a caseload, and help individuals overcome barriers with tailored Action Plans and SMART targets.

The role requires outstanding customer service, resilience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to build positive relationships. It is office-based, 37 hours a week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work to targets and maintain motivation under pressure.
• Experience in guidance or coaching to help clients progress to employment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to help them gain employment.
• Deliver a positive experience to new customers and ensure engagement with the programme.
• Provide tailored support in job-search and interview preparation.
• Develop SMART Action Plans and guide customers to sustainable employment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with data protection policies.
