Seetec is seeking an Employment Adviser in Lowestoft to guide participants toward sustainable employment. You will coach, motivate and support individuals with personalised action plans, while tracking progress and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, delivering job-search coaching, and building relationships with employers and local partners. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming barriers.

Responsibilities

• Progressively manage a caseload to help participants overcome barriers to employment.
• Deliver a positive experience to new customers and ensure engagement with the programme.
• Provide tailored job-search support and interview preparation to help customers secure employment.
• Develop personalised Action Plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to maximise job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection.
