Seetec Business Technology Centre is recruiting an Employment Adviser to support participants toward sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor clients, and build strong relationships while guiding individuals to realistic job goals.

The role emphasises customer service, motivation, and problem-solving, with a competitive salary and benefits package. Office-based in Hillingdon with standard 37-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the local labour market in the specified area.
• Basic knowledge of self-employment and related options.
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office applications.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

Responsibilities
