Job summary

Seetec is recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team in Exeter. You will provide advice and support to guide participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals, managing a caseload and coaching customers to sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be target-driven and able to work with initiative under minimal supervision. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits with the Seetec Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment support or coaching
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work to targets and manage caseloads
• Motivational, proactive and able to build relationships with participants and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Meet personal performance targets and KPIs.
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure engagement with the programme.
• Provide tailored guidance on job search, CVs and interview preparation.
• Signpost customers to internal self-employment support where relevant.
• Co-produce personalised action plans with SMART targets.
• Maintain accurate records and meet evidence requirements.
