Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking an Employment Adviser to provide advice and support to guide participants toward sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, coach, mentor and be the trusted contact to build strong relationships, motivate and help customers progress.

The role requires excellent customer service, initiative and resilience, with a focus on empowering lives and improving communities. Location is Ellesmere Port with typical 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering information, advice and guidance to participants.
• Ability to coach and mentor participants to overcome barriers to employment.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers and guide them to employment.
• Provide tailored support in all aspects of job-search and interview preparation.
