Seetec Group Ltd. in Bristol is recruiting an Employment Adviser to provide guidance and support, manage a caseload, coach participants and help them overcome barriers to employment.

You will work to meet targets, deliver high-quality customer service and build relationships with employers. The role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach, strong IT skills, a full UK driving licence and a commitment to empowering lives and improving communities.

• Experience delivering information, advice and guidance to diverse individuals.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage a caseload, supporting customers to overcome barriers into employment.
• Deliver a positive, engaging customer experience; conduct assessments to understand needs.
• Create tailored action plans with SMART goals and provide job search and interview support.
• Offer basic self-employment guidance and refer to specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance and evidence requirements for job outcomes.
• Develop knowledge of local labour market to source opportunities.
• Engage employers through marketing, networking and candidate matching.
• Build stakeholder relationships; maintain records and meet quality standards.
• Signpost to specialist support services and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Act in line with company values and safeguarding requirements; take ownership of development.
