SEETEC Group Ltd. in Dereham is seeking an Employment Adviser to support participants toward sustainable employment. This office-based role is 37 hours weekly, with a salary of £26,500–£29,545 per annum, plus benefits.

You will coach and mentor clients, manage caseloads, build relationships, and help customers overcome barriers to work while working within a supportive, employee-owned organisation.

Qualifikationen

• A good working knowledge of the local labour market in the specified geographical locations.
• Basic knowledge of self-employment.
• Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the employability industry.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
• Experience of working with people in the provision of ‘information, advice & guidance’.
• Full driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to help them gain employment.
• Deliver a positive experience ensuring customers engage with you and the programme.
• Achieve the Customer Service Standards required on the programme.
• Facilitate assessments to understand a customer’s circumstances, ambitions and goals.
• Provide guidance on self-employment and signpost to internal specialists.
• Co-produce personalised Action Plans with SMART targets.
• Support in job-search and interview preparation to match customers to roles.
• Help customers master digital technologies for guided self-service learning.
