Employment Paralegal – Leeds (Hybrid, Full-time)

An established legal services business is looking to recruit an Employment Paralegal to join its Leeds-based Employment team.

This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who wants hands‑on exposure to a broad range of employment matters, working closely with experienced fee‑earners in a genuinely supportive, close‑knit team. The role offers strong training, development and a clear progression path for someone looking to build a long‑term career in employment law.

The role

You’ll play a key supporting role within the Employment team, assisting with the delivery of accurate, timely and high‑quality legal services. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting solicitors with employment matters from instruction through to resolution
  • Assisting with drafting documents, correspondence and case preparation
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure a high standard of client care
  • Helping promote the Employment team’s services internally and externally
  • Managing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
About you

This role would suit someone who is motivated, organised and keen to develop their technical skills. You’ll ideally have:
