A local government authority in Lancashire is seeking a proactive Employment Officer to support individuals with disabilities in securing meaningful employment. The role involves offering employment guidance, managing caseloads, and engaging with local employers to negotiate job opportunities. Salary £28,142 - £32,061 Per Annum | Permanent, Full time | 37 hours per week
