Overview

Our superb new client, with offices based in Stamford, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join them on a full‑time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers and employees in employment matters, including policies, tribunals, complex disputes, and contracts of employment – both contentious and non‑contentious.
• Manage your own caseload.
• Remain up‑to‑date with current legislation.
• Work as part of a small but growing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience managing your own caseload within employment law.
• Strong written, verbal and relationship‑building communication skills.
• Hold relevant legal qualifications.
