As our caseload continues to grow, we're looking for someone with the confidence, experience, and initiative to manage a varied workload and help shape the future of the firm.

The Role

You will:

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, from contracts and policies through to disputes and tribunal claims

• Manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters

• Provide pragmatic, commercially aware legal advice tailored to client needs

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Work independently while also contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

• Keep up to date with legal developments in employment law

• Play an active role in the continued growth and development of the firm

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A qualified solicitor

• 5+ years PQE with solid employment law experience

• Confident managing a varied caseload independently

• Skilled at building trusted, long-term client relationships

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• Strong analytically, with sound judgement and attention to detail

• Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines

• Professional, reliable, and personable, with a good sense of humour

Location and Travel

This role is based in Stamford and will involve travel to the office, client premises, and Employment Tribunal as required.
