Job summary

Clayton Legal represents a well-regarded firm in Shrewsbury seeking an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in employment law to join their busy team.

You will manage a diverse caseload advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters, including handling tribunal claims, contracts, policies and HR issues, with training and workshops to clients as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Proven experience handling a variety of employment law matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to think commercially.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
