Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in the UK. You will manage a diverse caseload across contentious and non-contentious matters for employers, employees and executives.

The role involves tribunal work, drafting policies, and advising on TUPE, discrimination and redundancy. The ideal candidate has 3+ years PQE in Employment Law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a commercial, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date legislation.

Responsibilities

The Role

The Candidate
