Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to support clients across Suffolk. The role offers flexible location with offices in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Framlingham and Halesworth, and a focus on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will handle a broad spectrum of employment issues, including contracts, policies, disputes, and HR guidance, while managing Employment Tribunal work.

Qualifications

Across Suffolk, a progressive and growing law firm continues to strengthen its Employment Law offering. Known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service, the practice is now seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to support its expanding client base.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and meaningful client interaction. The team advises both employers and employees, handling everything from daytoday HR queries to complex disputes and Tribunal litigation. As the practice grows, it is looking for a Solicitor who can confidently manage matters, build trusted relationships and contribute to the continued development of the department.

The Role

You will work across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:

• Advising employers and employees on contracts, policies and workplace disputes
• Managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance issues
• Providing strategic HR and riskmanagement guidance
• Running Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish
• Delivering clear, practical and commercially minded advice
• Tribunal experience is essential and the role offers genuine flexibility on location, with offices available in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Framlingham and Halesworth.
