Location: Wilmslow, hybrid split of home & office

Salary: £45,000 per annum

The role

This is a blended consultancy role that combines HR advice with hands‑on support for our clients, making it perfect for those who enjoy both advisory and operational work.

  • Provide end‑to‑end telephone support for all employee relation needs – disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy, and other HR and employment law subjects.
  • Offer ad‑hoc support such as proactive HR training, chairing disciplinary or grievance hearings, and exit negotiations on behalf of the client. AD HOC
  • Deliver the necessary support to keep clients’ businesses compliant in the ever‑changing world of HR and employment law.
The person
  • Experience advising on complex and varied HR and employment law issues.
  • Proven ability to conduct meetings with employees independently and impartially.
