A dedicated support organization is seeking a motivated Support Worker in Greater London to manage and support a caseload of individuals with complex needs. You will deliver engaging interventions, coordinate hub activities, and build relationships with employers and training providers. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting individuals towards positive outcomes and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs toward positive outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in community settings.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.
  • ICT proficiency and Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Support participants to achieve employment, training, and education outcomes.
  • Deliver hub-based and outreach activities and interventions.
  • Manage complex caseloads with a strengths-based approach.
  • Develop employer, education, and training links.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and data accuracy.
