Description
  • Advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
  • Manage Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing cases for hearing.
  • Assist with complex advisory work including discrimination, TUPE, and reorganisations.
  • Draft contracts, settlement agreements, and employment documentation.
  • Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to clients.
  • Support business development initiatives within the Employment team.
Profile

A successful Employment Associate should have:

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law.
  • Strong experience in contentious matters; advocacy experience desirable.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
