Job Description
  • Provide clear, high-quality employment law advice on international assignments, restructurings, and terminations
  • Act as the day-to-day legal contact for senior HR and General Counsel teams
  • Support multi-jurisdictional employment projects in collaboration with London and overseas counsel
  • Identify commercial and legal risks, crafting pragmatic solutions tailored to client jurisdictions
  • Contribute to business development and promotion of the international employment practice
The Successful Applicant
  • 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally within international or cross-border contexts
  • Strong interest in international employment matters and commercial acumen
  • Proven ability to advise on complex issues such as TUPE, global commission schemes, and executive terminations
