Job summary

Une grande entreprise de vente au détail recherche un Employee Relations Manager pour un contrat permanent à temps plein. Ce rôle hybride implique une présence au bureau 3 jours par semaine, avec des jours de travail à domicile. Les candidats doivent avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience en relations employées et être titulaires d'un CIPD ou d'un diplôme pertinent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en ER, jusqu'au niveau tribunal.
  • Expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats ou d'une entreprise de consulting requise.
  • Capacité à prioriser et à agir de manière autonome.

Responsibilities

  • Être le premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes liées aux ER.
  • Superviser et coacher 2 conseillers en relations employées.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe RH senior pour minimiser les risques.

A leading retail company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience to take full ownership of the ER remit. Please note that this is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and monthly work-from-home days.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for all ER-related queries.
  • Apply HR policy and procedure knowledge across all ER cases.
  • Line manage and coach 2 Employee Relations Advisors.
  • Coach and advise managers on best practices to ensure timely handling of cases in line with internal policies.
  • Work closely with the senior HR team to minimise risk and cost.
  • Keep HR records updated on the HRIS and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of exit interviews and monitor data to identify potential trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR policies and procedures.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ER, up to tribunal level (essential).
  • Hold a CIPD or relevant HR degree.
  • Previous experience in a Law Firm or Consulting company is required.
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
