Job summary

A regional law enforcement agency is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join their People Directorate team. This role involves delivering a customer-focused employee relations service, providing advice on various HR matters, and conducting training on policies and legislation. Ideal candidates will have strong HR experience, excellent communication skills, and be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it. Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in employee relations.
  • Experience working directly with Trade Unions and similar organizations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a customer-focused ER service aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct training on people policies and legislation.

Skills

CIPD qualified to Level 5
Strong understanding of employment legislation
