Employability Programme Manager – Birmingham

Morgan Hunt is working with a national Training Provider to appoint an experienced Employability Programme Manager in Birmingham.

This role involves managing the end‑to‑end delivery of an employability programme for post‑16 SEN learners and is a full‑time permanent post with an annual salary of £35,000.

Responsibilities
  • Generate long‑lasting relationships with schools, colleges, employers and local authorities.
  • Recruit a team of tutors and supporting staff.
  • Design and create the employability programme.
  • Travel to employer sites to oversee delivery.
  • Ensure all delivery is in line with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted.
  • Oversee the operational running of the programme, including targets, budget and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience managing an employability provision.
  • Track record of working within an SEN setting.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted and EIF.
  • Experience in generating relationships with external partners to enhance delivery.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • A full driving licence with access to cover Birmingham.
