Job summary

Dudley Building Society in Bromsgrove is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to build lasting relationships with our members and support them through key life moments. You’ll handle inquiries, provide solutions, manage till activities and help customers maintain their accounts, all while delivering outstanding service and contributing to branch targets.

We value people who are proactive, team‑oriented and focused on member needs, with experience in financial services and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar financial services role.
• Strong focus on delivering customer solutions and service quality.
• Able to work in a rotating rota including Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Having conversations with members to understand needs and how products can help.
• Delivering excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Managing till activities and ensuring conversations at the counter are maximised.
• Helping customers manage and maintain their accounts.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver great customer outcomes.
• Contributing to branch and corporate targets.
