Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Support assistant to join our branch network. You’ll provide face-to-face support, guide customers through digital tools, and help with everyday banking tasks.

This role emphasizes empathy, calmness, and a strong customer focus in a busy retail environment. You will work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays, with your base at New Street and flexibility to support nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Willingness to work across branches and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities
