Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting students with SEMH or behavioral needs.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Patient, calm, and resilient personality.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group behavioral support.
• Develop and maintain behavior support plans.
• Encourage positive communication and coping strategies.
• Monitor progress and liaise with SENCO and families.
• Create a safe, structured environment that promotes success.
