A public health organization is looking for an Emotional Well-being Specialist Nurse in London to lead a new pathway in supporting the emotional wellbeing of school-aged children in Croydon. The role involves early screening, managing complex cases, and providing training for public health staff. The Croydon School Nursing and Health visiting service is in the process of transforming to a Public Health Service (PHN) 0-19 service. As part of this transformation, a new enhanced pathway has been developed with the main focus on the school-aged Children and Young people to support the emotional wellbeing of the children and young people who attend a Croydon school and who live in Croydon.
The post holder will be part of the Croydon 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service, taking the main lead on the enhanced pathway for training and delivery with the outcome of improving the emotional health and wellbeing of Children and Young people on this pathway.
