Job summary

Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a proactive Systems Support Officer to maintain and develop critical ICT, mobilising, telephony and MI systems supporting frontline emergencies and business operations.

You will deliver technical support, system administration, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure services remain secure, reliable and responsive, while embracing continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Significant experience in records management.
• Competent in the use and administration of mobile and digital phone technology.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and system administration across ICT, mobilising, telephony and management information systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure services remain effective, secure and reliable.
• Liaise with partners to ensure IT infrastructure for mobilising resources and management functions is maintained.
• Lead, advise and guide partners teams as required.
