CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a team delivering Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and admin office duties within a designated building. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and build trusted client relationships to ensure world-class service.

You will develop staff, manage vendor partnerships, monitor performance, and drive process improvements while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

• Oversee third-party programs (food delivery, events, transportation, mail).
• Lead by example; model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Apply knowledge of discipline to achieve objectives; identify and resolve issues.
