Job summary

A global software provider in London seeks a Vice President of Account Management for the EMEA Comms & Media vertical. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in account management, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the telecom and media landscape. This is an on-site role, emphasizing commercial growth and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven Senior Account Management or relevant client leadership experience, especially within a Services environment.
  • Strong leadership and commercial capabilities with P&L accountability experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels from teams to C-level clients.
  • Track record of managing accounts with focus on performance and retention.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA telecoms and media landscape.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.
  • Native or fluent English is essential; other languages beneficial, especially French.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic client relationships and deepen engagement.
  • Lead and grow the EMEA Account Management team.
  • Develop regional account plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Act as the regional voice of the customer.
  • Track and communicate progress on account KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
